Care has been good both in hospital and rocs. No complaints at all.
Care was excellent. No complaints.
My care was exemplary, the district nurse "Carol Clinton" who came to visit was very caring, attentive and very patient and understanding.
Explained everything clearly and concisely such a wonderful lady who is so good at what she does and takes care and pride in her job too.
Service great.
Thank you :-).
Explanations of techniques processes were beautifully clear and understandable. Friendly helpful manner shown at all times. Great efficiency except the discharge lounge which was unsuitable physically and shambolic though the staff themselves were very well meaning.
I was pleased with the surgery and the after care. Also with the help from the physio's once home, very helpful and informative, pleasant too.
