My care was exemplary, the district nurse "Carol Clinton" who came to visit was very caring, attentive and very patient and understanding. Explained everything clearly and concisely such a wonderful lady who is so good at what she does and takes care and pride in her job too.

Explanations of techniques processes were beautifully clear and understandable. Friendly helpful manner shown at all times. Great efficiency except the discharge lounge which was unsuitable physically and shambolic though the staff themselves were very well meaning.
